For your convenience we record and monitor our customers' system's filter replacement and required maintenance dates. When these important dates arrive we do the following:

  1. We notify our customers of the required activity via e-mail or conventional mail.

  2. We visit our customer's home or business and educate the customer on how to carry out the required maintenance properly. We will continue to supply filters, U.V. lights, food-grade hydrogen peroxide, a non-harmful disinfectant, and notification of filter replacement dates.

  3. We will go to our customer's home or business and perform all the maintenance and send out a regular service bill for the service rendered to maintain the system.
